Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

By a clear statement to the address in the imprint. An email is entirely sufficient. You need give no reason and use no form. Sending the statement before the period ends is enough to meet the deadline.

We refund all payments without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used. This costs you nothing.

The service normally begins during the withdrawal period, since you are setting it up right away. For us to be allowed to do that, you must expressly request it and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. We ask for this before the purchase; without that confirmation we do not start early.

If you withdraw once the service is running, you owe a proportionate amount for the time used until then.
